Microsoft office applications have found a second breath on Android. After Word and OneDrive, it's the Excel spreadsheet's turn to pass the bar of the billion installations on the Play Store.

A desire to push Office on all media
Only a few popular applications have surpassed this symbolic threshold. By passing this one, Excel validates once again the strategy pushed by Satya Nadella
to open Microsoft services to all possible platforms.
Microsoft can also thank Samsung. The U.S. publisher has signed a partnership with the builder to install its applications
by default on Galaxy smartphones and tablets, which has brought tens of millions of additional Excel installations over the years.
